THE VALLEY OF THE ROCKS .

Sue on top of the world, well almost anyway.
We did stand on this plateu opposite but there was no one to take our photo.
We decided to give this one a miss.
Look at the tiny winding perilous path down to the beach, no thanks if its all the same to you.
Some of this beautiful landscape you can imagine being almost unchanged for thousands of years.
The Tarmac path wends its sometimes precarious path 2 miles along the cliffs through to Lynton
You can see by the photo's both Sue and I (with a struggle) managed to climb a few of these peaks.
As you can see my daughters family dogs Poppy and Tara came too.

We recently went with my daughter and her family on a day out to the above, they had nipped down to their caravan for the week/end. Her son( our grandson) Tom whose 15 now decided to stay home "with his mates". The day turned out dry but very mixed, overcast one minute lovely sunshine the next.

What amazing photos! You both should have been up those crags with your ropes, crampons, pitons, jumering away! Shame on you!
No pictures of your border collie?
There are loads of pictures of mine, Badger, if you care to visit my blog. You may have to go back at few postings, but there are some lovely ones of her in my flooded garden.
Lorenzo.

Hi Lorenzo,Forgot to take the safety helmets that day, otherwise we would have been on the top.I'm afraid poor old Mojo is getting really bad on her back legs so we tend to leave her behind on walks now, but I promise a photo soon.Visited Badger and his private backyard pool he loved it if no one else.
